Enhanced Hydrogen Generation Performance of Pd-based Micro/Nano Hierarchical Porous Structure
Abstract
In this work, Pd-based micro/nano hierarchical structure was synthesized on Pd32Ni48P20 metallic glassy ribbon surface by a hybrid approach of micropatterning and subsequently electrochemical dealloying in sulfuric acid solution. This hierarchical structure consisted of periodical micro-rods with a large length-diameter ratio of 2.2:1 and continuous nanoporous structure, which exhibited an enhanced electro-catalytic activity for hydrogen generation.
